I am
starring into the mirror of a public bathroom trying to fix what’s left of my
makeup. As I am reaching for the soap on my right to watch my greasy hands, I
hear a woman walk inside the bathroom go in and then come outside shortly. She
asks:
- “Hey do
you happen to have a tampon?”
“ Oh, I am so sorry, I don’t have tampons on
me…” I say empathetically
